This privacy policy discloses the practices of confidentiality for The3brewers.ca, property of 3 BRASSEURS, which is committed to protecting your privacy online. Please read the following to know what data we collect from you and to know how we will use that information. 1. Conditions of access to the site.
The connection and access to www.the3brewers.ca constitutes your unconditionally acceptance of these terms, that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms of this privacy policy as well the conditions of use of our website. If you do not agree with these conditions, thank you for not accessing our site and for leaving this page.

3 BRASSEURS reserves the right to modify and update, without notice of all the elements, products or services presented on the website.


3. Responsability
Your use of the site is under your sole responsability. 3 BRASSEURS cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages such as: property damage, loss of data or programs, financial loss arising from the use of this site or any sites linked to it (partly due to their content or viruses).


4. Property rights
All the elements (text, logos, images, sound, software, icons, layout, database….) found on the website and associated sites, are protected by the law of intellectual property. These elements are the exclusive property of 3 BRASSEURS and/or its partners. Failure to comply with this prohibition may constitute an infringement involving civil and criminal liability.


5. Type of data gathered and its use
We will not sell or rent your personal or non-personal information with other parties. We may disclose your data to authorized third-party service providers. We offer products and services through third-parties. These 'third-party service providers' perform functions on our behalf such as the sending and distribution of our promotional emails. We may share your personal data with these providers to send postal or electronic mail, manage contests or sweepstakes, manage information on the list of customers, analyse data, provide marketing assistance, provide research results, troubleshoot computer issues and provide customer service. We encourage third-party service providers to adopt and publish privacy policies. However, the use of your personal information by these parties is governed by the privacy policies of these parties and is not under our control.

We may disclose your information in a business transfer. Like any other business, it is possible that we restructure or are acquired by another company. If this is the case, our successor would acquire the information that we have, including personal data. However, the personal data remains subject to this privacy policy. It is possible that we share your information for our protection and the protection of others. We reserve the right to disclose your personal data, when required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on our site, to enforce or apply this privacy policy, our terms of use or other agreements; or to protect the rights, property or safety of the site, its users or others.

By responding to the proposed survey or completing one of the different forms available via our site, you agree that the personal information provided will be used by 3 BRASSEURS under the conditions set out in this privacy policy.

If you do not wish to receive promotional emails from us, you can choose not to subscribe to the promotional emails during your inscription and can change your choice at any time after your enrollment to the fidelity card by checking or unchecking the appropriate box on your online profile, or by pressing the 'unsubscribe' button at the bottom of any of the promotional emails and then follow the instructions given. You may also write to us at [email protected]. When you contact us, please include your name, mailing address, fidelity card number and email address.

You may choose not to provide information, however we must point out that this data may be required to participate in activities on the site.


6. Data security
We take security very seriously and take numerous precautions to protect the security of personal information. You can access your personal data on our website with a password and your fidelity card number or email address. We recommend that you do not share your password with anyone. In addition, your personal information is conserved on a secured server where only selected personnel have access.

The 3 Brewers strives to take all precautions necessary to protect personal information. On our end, we have put in place measures to protect the personal information in our possession or under our custody or control both physically and online. For example, we strive to take all reasonable precautions to ensure that the personal information you provide online, by the secured section of our site, if any, are protected against loss, errors and non-authorized access.

Unfortunately, the security of the data carried over the Internet or any wireless network cannot be 100% guaranteed. Thus, although we take reasonable security measures to protect the information and seek the partnership of companies who do the same, we cannot guarantee the security of the information transmitted to the site or from the site, and are not responsible for the actions of third-parties that may receive the data illegally through hacking programs or systems.


7. Data changes
At any time, you can request a change to the information you have provided. To change your personal information linked to your fidelity card, connect to your fidelity account or send us an email at [email protected] or write to us at 3 BRASSEURS 2075 University, Suite 600, Montreal QC, H3A 2L1. When contacting us, please include your name, mailing address, fidelity card number and email address along with the information you wish to update. We encourage you to promptly update your personal information if it changes.


8. Privacy Policy of third-party sites
This privacy policy applies only to the use and disclosure of information we collect from you at www.the3brewers.ca. The other sites which may be accessed via this site have their own privacy policy and data collection methods, use and disclosure. If you access such a site, we recommend reading its privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third parties.


9. Le Cercle des 3 Brasseurs Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
REGISTRATION – Registration of your Member card at https://www.les3brasseurs.ca/en/rewards-program/ is required to take advantage of the benefits of the program. Make sure you've entered your contact information correctly, as well as a valid email address.
PARTICIPATION - The participating 3 Brasseurs restaurant in Canada will offer you 4% in points of the amount spent before taxes and tip which will be accumulated on your card. These points are valid in all 3 Brasseurs microbreweries - restaurants in Canada.
TRANSACTION - A valid transaction to the Le Cercle des 3 Brasseurs Rewards Program requires the presentation of a physical or electronic card by the card holder in one of the 3 Brasseurs microbreweries – restaurants in Canada
ACCOUNT STATEMENT - The holder of a 3 Brasseurs Circle Reward Program card can find out about their account balance online by going to https://3brasseurs.datacandyinfo.com/login?lang=en_CA
EXCHANGE OF POINTS - Holders of a 3 Brasseurs Circle Reward Program card can redeem their points at any time in any of 3 Brasseurs microbrewery-restaurants in Canada. The value of a point is $ 1 (dollar) CAD and has no real monetary value.
TERMINATION AND EXPIRY - All cards of the the Le Cercle des 3 Brasseurs Rewards Program are valid from the date of registration. Any holder of an unused card for a period of 60 consecutive months from the last transaction is considered to be an inactive member and all benefits of the program are terminated. The account and the associated card will be made inactive and the balance of points will be withdrawn from the card. A reactivation request can be placed at https://3brasseurs.zendesk.com/hc/en-us.
