A classic light beer with a selection of aromatic hops giving it a complex, fruity character with a slight bitterness. The result is a perfectly balanced, thirst quenching beer. 100% pale Pilsen malt gives it its brilliant straw colour.

The White is a Belgian style wheat beer. Its famous golden, cloudy colour occurs naturally as the higher concentration of protein in the malted wheat synergizes with the yeast. Its intricate aromas and flavours include spicy notes with a citrusy flavour profile that surprises, delights and ultimately refreshes.

The distinctive colour of the Amber is the result of a blend of pale and specialty malts. From a flavour perspective this medley delivers a light touch of caramel with a subtle bitterness which translates into a well-balanced, smooth, fresh brew.

In an IPA, hops are the dominant force and indeed, our IPA features an abundance of Cascade and Amarillo hops, combined with pale malt and crystal malt. This unfiltered, highly fermented, golden beer delivers aromas of fresh hops, hints of citrus and spruce with a bitter flare that dominates in taste.

Thanks to the knowledge of our craft brewers, you can sample a range of draught beers brewed on-site in our Microbrewery-Restaurant.

SOUR | Beer with pink highlights, delicately tangy and very fruity thanks to raspberry puree.

BLONDE | Brewed with Belma and Barbe Rouge hops which give it a fruity profile.

IPA | Lightly amber beer with a robust, fruity bitterness thanks to the use of Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra hops.
