Terms and Conditions*

• Fidelity dollars are redeemable at any The 3 Brewers location in Canada for menu items and restaurant merchandise (not including gratuities)
  
• A minimum balance of 5 Fidelity dollars must be available for each redemption transaction (minimum purchase of $5)
  
• Fidelity dollars expire after 12 consecutive months of account inactivity (12 consecutive months where there are no Fidelity dollar accumulations or redemptions)
  
• Fidelity dollars are not redeemable for cash
  
• Redeemed Fidelity dollars will not be reissued under any circumstances, including dollars redeemed without the cardholder’s permission
• The Fidelity card must be presented at the time of payment for the accumulation of Fidelity dollars; Fidelity dollars cannot be awarded after a payment transaction has been processed
  
• Lost cards can be replaced by clicking here. Please make sure to enter the e-mail given at account activation, along with your full name and the reason for your request. The outstanding Fidelity dollar balance will be transferred to the replacement card.
  
• Transactions using the Fidelity card cannot be reimbursed nor reversed
